Festive wishes
I’d like to wish you a wonderful, relaxing Christmas, and a New Year filled with peace, happiness and hope. Thank you so much for coming with me on my ramblings this year. It’s been a pleasure to read your comments, both here and on Facebook.
If you’re interested in the other work I do, for the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, you might enjoy this Christmas blog post on the theme of geographical exploration: https://www.rsgs.org/Blog/the-coldest-dwelling-on-earth-and-a-disappearing-turkey
I’ll be sharing some news about a new book early next year, but meanwhile I’m looking forward to some cosy Christmas reading in front of the fire (together with Colin, Purdey and Clyde).

That’s really kind, Marie, thank you! Yes, we’ve been quite lazy, just pottering around and going for some rather wet walks. Hope you’re keeping well, and wishing you a very happy and peaceful 2023. x
